Personal Training is for those who would like some assistance in achieving specific fitness goals. These goals can vary from losing weight, gaining muscle and becoming stronger, improving cardiovascular health, increase flexibility and range of motion, or simply to just feel more comfortable and confident when performing daily activities. I use a variety of modalities such as strength training, conditioning, and mobility work to help reach these goals. All exercises will be chosen based on individual goals and abilities. Technique of all exercises will be given the highest priority to ensure continual growth and safety.

Your assessment will consist of: A Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, blood pressure, “before” photographs with your consent, push, pull and grip strength assessment and a sample workout. The assessment establishes a baseline that are designed to get a closer look at where you stand prior to beginning your personally designed exercise program. Your assessment is also a wonderful way to measure your ongoing progress throughout your journey with me. An assessment is required to move forward with training sessions.
